OK first we apply for financial aid. Then we are told oh well we are overwhelmed and you won't be done in time for school. Then we are told we are on the list and will be funded but it may take a few weeks past school start so go to class but you book grants are going to be 3 or four weeks after. How am I supposed to buy books with out money???  While I was sitting there this girl is flipping out because her parents told her go to school or move out like 2 days ago and she needs financing. They told her sorry your a little late. School starts in a few days. Ain't gonna happen. She went off. No one who applied after July 6 will get done. They have never had this many people applying before. They said the new GI bill killed them. Since its such a good deal everyone is returning to school. It really will be a good thing once all the kinks are worked out.  We will actually make more money in school then working. So for the next 3 years we will be students. No idea what we are majoring in.

I start sewing for Disneyland in a few weeks. The kids are on board. We have been cleaning out my bins finding fabrics etc..  We had a meeting about whether we would have it as spending money or save it and the kids are fine with being broke and getting something nice in the end.  So that is where things stand.
