Catching up
I did a count and between all our cameras we took over 600 pics. I have been sorting them and deleting the doubles. We took 50 of the forks and Stephie's science fair project to Costco and got prints made. We made the Twilight pics into a little photo album that they are going to take turns bringing to school.
Marissa did make cheer again. She has uniform fitting next week already. It is a grueling schedule.
Marissa's hamster is not doing well. He is almost 3 years old. Is it old age. We strongly believe he is blind now. He shakes when he walks. He is a very old hamster. She loves him so much. We had a long discussion that we will not replace Spam when he passes. She is thinking about a fish. I got her a Bamboo plant. She will probably get 2 or 3 more when he passes.
We rented 3 movies this week on top of all the craziness.
Slumdog Millionaire: Must see not so much for kids. The scene when they are crippling the children was a little over the top gross. Very intense movie. It was good. It is a story of how he knew all these off the wall facts and its about his life growing up on the streets.
Marley and Me : Very good movie but had Marissa and I in tears in the end. Especially if you have a pet dying right now it really hits home. Funny to see the dog kicked out of dog school for being so bad. Reminded me of our dog
He has a wild side to him.
High School Musical 3: Marissa swore she would not watch it with me. She did. We came to the same conclusion. UGH! NOt worth it. The first one was good. The second one was watchable. The 3rd one was annoying.
The last Er was so freakin good. I am sad to see that show end. It is one that I have watched from the start.
My dvr is not working correctly either. It is hit or miss if it will record a show. Makes me mad. It worked well for awhile. I enjoyed just doing what ever and when I got an hour or so I turn on what I have taped. I have to call Directv and have them reset the box. Its not going to be fun though because all my taped shows will be lost and I will have to sit here and reset everything. UGH! It's been nice to forget a series and suddenly see a new one there to watch. I am horrible about tv at night. We are so busy I loose track of time. If things aren't recorded I would never see it.
Its kind of nice not having the Saturn payment anymore. I am waiting for them to list the car as paid. I received my check from the insurance so I am pretty sure they have since they are in the same state as each other and I am not.
Jon is still waiting for his money back from Parr ford. Yeah... I can't say enough negatives against them right now.
So to wrap up I am going to start listing Trivia questions. I am still working on what I am giving away on Monday. I have the gift but not sure how I want to do it.
Question time: What is the Swan Driveway made off???
We are still trying to find the answer so if ya know leave me a comment and a page and book reference so we can verify it.

ok... i asked the twilighters to rack their brains and tell me what the driveway was made out of... and the consensus is a brick driveway... apparently when she's outside sleeping in the yard, she hears charlie's cruiser pull up on the brick driveway... that's what they're all saying. i'll have to look it up to be sure... but i think that's the answer.

My nieces are Twilight fans too. They drive my sister crazy by talking about Edward Cullen all day long.
