Yes his car is officially totaled. The bad is we owe about what its worth. He is now carless. Yeah... Who knew??? Yes he officially has whiplash too. He is a sore unhappy camper. He is suffering from major headaches and neck ache. He is unhappy. He is off work for a few days too.
Here is a pic of his car and it doesn't look bad. The frame is bent. End of story. He was hit hard enough he slammed back into the seat and the seat broke. He wound up laying in the back seat.
