Yes we have had an issue with the teacher this entire year. Starting with her discussing homework with her house keeper and husband ( the principal who came to me in the school parking lot when if it was an issue the teacher should have talked to me) to her pushing her so not in line with my political views on my child. Yeah we have a problem. My daughter is not pushing our family values on her she needs to keep hers to herself. SO now my child has instructions that when this teacher starts up again Stephie is to tell her I am sorry but your views are not appropriate for school and ask to leave the classroom and if the teacher has a problem then to call me. We will be discussing it at our up coming conference too. I do not care who you like or don't like but do not push it on my child. This is a freedom of choice country and I am sick and tired of having someone else's views shoved on me. Seriously. And I have tried hard to keep my blog free of politics and make this about my family and our adventures. But this has just ticked me off. The schools here are not politic free. If I hear one more time how great Obama is ( yeah I hate him with a passion and am scared as ot what he is doing ) I am going to vomit. When my husband and I joined the military 24 years ago we were told free medical, some pay, benefits etc for life. Well, Clinton made it so we now have ot pay co pays for medical and a annual premium. We also have to pay for things that I feel are wrong. Like if we want to use the gym or pool on base. I could see if I was taking a class ot pay for the instructor. But to swim a few laps because he is retired now we have to pay. That is just one example. Well, Now Obama thinks we don't pay enough. He wants to almost quadruple what we pay for medical. It would make it so we can't afford it. As it is now one month of his retirement pay is almost equal to our yearly premium. Plus we pay double the medical premium for dental. We have no vision insurance which all the kids have. Its not all that. But he is gonna take more away from us. Yeah I am ticked. SO are alot of military. Lets abuse them while they are in. Lets treat them like crap, put their lives in jeopardy,  take them from their families for months and months on end ( DH was gone 11 months one year plus loads of other deployments and he was navy) lets move them at the drop of a hat to where we want not where they want, and when we have used them up lets spit them out and not do anything for them. Lets use them for 20 years and toss them aside. SO yeah. I have alot of anger from all this so do not tell me how freakin great Obama is when he is taking more. DO not tell my child how good he is when he is taking more from our family and we are struggling as it is. DO not tell me how he is going ot help since we rent and gasp DH has a job so we don't qualify for any freakin help. As I sit here with NO HEAT!! ( we ran out of heating oil 3 days ago and my house is now 57  degrees) We struggle to keep our bills paid up on time and put food on the table. My monthly budget for groceris is $250. For 6 people. Yeah. That includes paper products like kleenex and toilet paper and laundry soap and dog food/ cat food and hamster food. That is anything that a grocery store sells.  So tell me I have no heat and live on nothing at the poverty level and that is with DH's pay with his military and we don't qualify because he has a freakin job but he wants to take more for the less fortunate.

OK I am going to stop ranting here.  I am going to go spend some time with my kidlets. For those who stopped by for the first time I usually do not talk anything political. But when a teacher is pushing views on my child that go against my famliy views it really irks me!
