Seriously!!! I am banning them. I will not shop there ever again. I am so reminded of why I didn't ever shop there in the first place. I was wandering the mall like we always do and saw a really cute shirt in the window and it was on sale. So I broke down since I needed a new one and got a shirt there. What ticks me off is the fact that they do not have a good return policy. I tried the shirt on but it was a tad big but I figured since it was 100% cotton it would shrink and be ok. Well, unknown to me their clothes are preshrunk. So I washed it. Well, it didn't shrink and so it doesn't fit well. I took it back with tags and a receipt and they will not do an even exchange. They only take back unwashed new with tags clothing. Yes I talked to the manager and everything. I am so upset. It so reminds me why I don't shop there. I did not know the return policy or the prewashed part or else I would of been more picky or maybe skipped the shirt all together. I do not buy alot of clothing for myself so I am really ticked. I know have a shirt I am not sure I can wear. It hangs really funny being one of those micro thin shirts you layer. I really thought it would shrink. I also asked how I am supposed ot know there clothes are all preshrunk and he told me I should of asked. Who thinks of those things??? Most clothing is not and I always wash it before I wear it. I think they have the worst return policy I have ever seen and I for one will not ever shop there again. I way prefer Old Navy or Aeropostle. I have bought Jon a shirt at Aero and lost the receipt. They even exchanged it for me no problems.  And it was a clearance rack item!!!!! So I am so over ever shopping at Gap again. And I will talk anyone who I know who might shop there out of it.
