Let me explain.... DH took a promotion I asked him to please not take. Yes he is now the General manager of the store. What does this mean??? Well.... He gets paid a bit more ( not enough for the job trust me) But now he works over 50 hours a week. Yeah... It's nowhere near enough for the hard work he does or the crap they give him. The store is understaffed and a crap hole. So since the last manager was demoted  for what was going on he is now playing catch up. But let me say that since this is the situation then stop calling him on the phone and yelling at him for things not being fixed in one freakin day. And for being understaffed. Like it is his feakin fault. How about hiring a new asst store manager to help out??? Oh and the other thing is that now Jon is pretty much out of a job. He has to transfer and the store he has to go to doesn't want him. It's not him its the this is being forced on them and they so are not happy about it thing. It's really stressful and right now I really feel stuck in the middle of it all and its not a good place to be.
