Household tip of the day

For those who do not know... We lived in military housing for 16 years ( I think) and now we are renting ( we do hope to someday buy a house). Well, I have had to learn how to use small spaces and make them work. I have decided to share one of my favorite ideas.

It is a spring tension shower rod. I picked up some iron hooks at Home Depot. Its perfect for hanging up pots, pans and strainers. I also hang up my Thats-a-bowls from Tupperware. It frees up a cabinet and puts them at easy reach. I only hang up the items we use a lot. I do not hang them all. It works out perfectly. It leaves no marks when you take it down. I have this over my sink so after I wash said items I hang them up immediately and save sink space also. I have been lucky enough this has worked in our last 7 houses. Although these hooks we purchased in this house. My movers lost my other ones.
