Easy and delicious!!! Curry!

Ok It was meega's day to cook. She made a curry and the kids even liked it!! it was very mild. I got this from a friend.

Put rice on to cook. (we served it over rice) Sit down and rest for 10 min.., seriously it is this fast.

Cut up chicken boneless skinless (about 1/2 lb) into bite sized pieces. Saute until pink is gone. Add one can cream of mushroom soup. I added about 1/2 cup milk because I like it creamy. Add 3 tsp curry powder and 1 tsp salt. Simmer about 2 min to blend things and serve. Serious!! That was it!!!! We steamed up some veggies on the side. Sadly we had no leftovers.

Stephie made desert. I got this recipe from another blog. So kudos to Mrs. Furious for this one.

Peanut Butter & Chocolate Candy Bars

1/2 c granulated sugar
1/2 c Karo syrup (dark or light)
1/2 c peanut butter
3 c rice krispies
1.5 c chocolate chips
1/4 c peanut butter

Melt together the sugar and Karo syrup in a pan stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove pan from heat and stir in 1/2c peanut butter until thoroughly combined. Stir in the cereal and coat completely. Pour the cereal mixture into a BUTTERED 9x13 pan... pressing it into place.

In the microwave melt the chocolate chips and the remaining peanut butter. Do this in short intervals and remove before completely melted. Stir to melt evenly. Pour over cereal mixture. Place pan in refrigerator until chocolate is set or you can't wait any longer

I love curry. I used to make it for Ed. He was never a fussy eater, but curry was one of his favorites. I've bookmarked this page so I can come back to the recipe.
