One of Jon's friends called while he was at work. A little while later Jon called me to talk. Jon has friends call here all the time so I did not think anything of it. As we were talking he tells me his friends dad died from the flu. I called Jon a big fibber and didn't believe him. I looked it up on the net and found this. I feel so bad for his friend!!! Jon is going to spend Thursday with Ryan to try and help him feel better. It is Ryan's 18th birthday.

The worst thing is that I am coming down with a cold and this is ubber scary!!! I have seen stories on the news but you never think its real until it hits close to home. Its kind of a reality check thing.
