Today would of been my mom's birthday. Sadly she missed out on this rare day!! It's the first time in like 70 years it would of fallen on Easter the the next time is in like 110 years! She always wanted an Easter birthday. It was a very hard day for me.

The kids are still missing 4 eggs. Thankfully this year we did plastic. So no big worries!!

I am a bit ok a lot of mad at my brother. He had given me the go ahead on my mom's headstone. I found a gorgeous green etched marble one I love!!! And it's in the price range. Well... Apparently My sister is actually getting to have final say on what we get and she wants something totally different and over 3 times the  price. She wants an old style metal head stone with the flower holder. I really love the green marble we found. Seriously. It is fabulous!! And we could etch anything we want on it and I have been planning it all out. I got ZERO say in the funeral. Zero say in what happened with splitting up her household contents. I got told I could have a curio cabinet. SO I had asked my brother a long time ago if I could do the head stone and he told me I could. Now I find out it's not going to be how I want after all but I am still expected to fork over one third of the cost. I do not have $ for this. We had agreed on $1500 total so $500 each and the way she wants it makes it almost 5k!!! I know my mom deserves a nice head stone don't get me wrong. BUT! you can find a nice one for under 2k and it does not need all the bells and whistles she wants. How many times a year realistically is she going to go and place flowers on the grave? If she so badly wants to have the metal headstone (which might I add I did not even like ) why is she not responsible for paying the difference between them. She still owes me from years ago when we bought my mom a mothers ring. She never paid her 1/3 of the cost. So needless to say I told my brother he is going to be ordering it. I am not paying anymore then what I had agreed on and what I found ot be what I want. I am tired of being walked on by them. Seriously. There was one other thing this week involving the condo sale where I got screwed yet again but I am not going into details.
