Some day just seem so loooooooong!!! Today is one of those days. I do have a clean kitchen but that is about it. Stephie did get her second blanket made for her teacher.  I got my fabrics washed for my quilt. We ran out of heating oil again and this time we can't get more for 3 weeks. We have been using the fireplace all day. I am not happy about that. Stephie is still sick. She needs to feel better tomorrow as she needs to finish her science fair board. So yeah today was not a good day. It was bleh!!!

I did make a new recipe for dinner and surprisingly the kids liked it!! I had some chicken in the freezer I needed to use up so I ground it up and made it into meatloaf. I made them in muffin pan so everyone had their own. The only thing the kids didn't like was the mushrooms in it. They were way good. I made brown rice, steamed broccoli , and a salad to go with it. Jon even liked it!!! Meega ate 2 personal size meatloaves. So its a keep recipe just skip the mushrooms in half next time.

There is a lot more I would like to blog but due to someone who reads my blog I cannot voice certain things. That bugs me sometimes. I want to voice how I feel about things but said person has thin skin and does not take any type of criticism well.
