Marissa thinks she is so funny. Well today she was but that is besides the point. I was doing my hair. I use this stuff called hair taffy to make the spikes stick up. I came out with my hair all up all over (pretty hilarious actually) and she walks up to me making her hand like a phone. She goes ring ring. Hello? Mom it's for you. Its the bride of Frankenstein and she wants her hair back. Needless to say I threatened to go to church like that. I giggled really hard at her. She kept it up until I tamed it somewhat normal. I mean hello!! There are spikes in my hair!! Why not have it all stick up for once?? So I made it presentable and off we went.

I did manage to make church today. With 3 kids!! I am impressed!! We stayed for sacrament meeting and then came home. That is about my level of take kids out by myself.  The girls do ok but add anyone else in the mix and they drive me nuts.

Papa John's is now offering cinnamon bread sticks. I highly recommend trying these. I told Jon not to come home with out them. He complied. They are yum!!!! Next we need to try the Carmel ones. What is so bad is he gets an awesome deal on them so its like so easy to give in to the temptation!! Thankfully I do not like pizza.

Jon invited us out to a movie with him last night. We saw Meet the Spartans. Jon laughed so hard through the whole thing. It was ok. It was a lot of really stupid jokes. If you want a spoof movie this is it. Otherwise skip it. I did think the American Idol spoof was good. And kicking Dane Cook into the black hole. Make sure if you see it you watch the final credits. There is about 5 more minutes of the movie in there.

P.S. We still need to borrow some good luck form someone and hopefully have the job issue cleared up this week. Please please please!!! We hope to see forward movement like a job offer!!! If this one doesn't work out then we need prayers and luck finding a different one. The reason we want this one so bad is that this is the company Dave wanted to work for for the last several years. With him dealing with the depression he is in the fact that he wants a job is a miracle. This would be a very good thing for our family. After the bad year we had last we want to start this one with something positive happening for us.
