I have been trying trying trying to get hold of my mom's attorney but not succeeding. I need a copy of her will to get the car transferred into my name. This is a pain. I can't get a base sticker until it's in my name. I can't get it in my name with out the will. It's a big circle. It's ubber silly too. The state here is a pain. I had to send my brother papers to get him to get something notarized about the mileage on it. The car is here. He is in Indiana. The car is licensed in Illinois. Is anyone else lost??
