I never thought I would be so relived to have a deal signed!!! The property we had listed out in Belfair got an offer on it!!! What a relief!! The owner was antsy because they needed the cash big time! Now its a matter of all the contingencies being met and we have a deal!! We have the house one closing next week and that is good. I have decided I do not like long closings. They are to boring. They take to long to get paid. There are to many things that can go wrong. So I hope for them all the be 30 day deals from now on.
