I got to meet Poppet!!! We stopped in Ames Iowa and met her and her other half.  She is so nice!!!! I am so glad we got to meet her. She fed us a wonderful lunch. I need to email her when I get a chance and get the pesto recipe. We arrived at my mom's at about 9:30 pm. It was another long day traveling. We were met by my brother. I am never want to see Montana again!!!! It was the longest state to get through!!! I thought we were never going to get out. 

This trip is very hard for me. I miss my mom. I so badly need to talk to her. I feel like we have unfinished things between us. I want to reminisce one more time. I want to hear her scold me one more time for things in my life that I have let spiral out of control. I really do want to know why I was adopted if she knows. I want to know if she knows who my real mom is.

We asked Poppet where is a good place to get an ear of corn. She gave us a place. When we got there they were sold out!!! I could not believe it!! We are in Iowa and can't get corn!! There is no corn for sale in the state????  So now we are joking about it big time. She was not a happy camper though. We drove through thousands of miles of corn and can't find one stalk to buy??
