We are hopefully going to either clean carpets today or design the new deck railings. We need to get them done. I am hoping we can swing putting in an awning again. I guess the last tenants took it off and disposed of it. My landlord would like one back up. I saw one on a house around the lake that would be simple and very nice looking if we can make it work.


 I am going to go make some french toast for breakfast.
