We went to Port Townsend today and looked at a catamaran. It is a restoration project but the guy is doing a great job. It was a weird layout though. A lot of wasted space on it in my opinion. But it was fun to see. There was an awesome huge one that is hauled out for the week there in the yard we peeked at. It was freakin hot today. Some places it was over 100. That is just not Wa weather. It was very icky. The RE deals are going smoothly I guess. Lots of insanity as always. Dave is working at PJ's tonight. I am not happy about that. I really want him to quit. My stress level is way to high and I am not sleeping well so I need some things cut out.  We did get most of the downstairs cleaned up and I hope to get the rugs cleaned this week. I have a vision on how I want the house and hopefully we can achieve it.

My mom is deteriorating rapidly. That is the latest. I hated lying to her but it's over and done with. SHe is dying of lung cancer in case I  forgot to mention it. She was given until Christmas but with all her other health issues she is going a lot faster. SHe has emphysema and heart issues. She was told the cancer was untreatable from the start. I am devastated. I wish I could afford to go visit her but its not feasible right now. I will go for her funeral.
