Excitement time!!!! Dave has 2 possible deals running right now!!! I am very excited!!!!! Both are buyers so it is just a matter of the right house and getting the deal put together. He is also probably listing a house next week. This is the busiest he has been in real estate ever!!!!

The girls actually spent the entire night out in the backyard. I was surprised. I expected them to come in half way through the night. We have raccoons and squirrels who like to visit us.

We went out on tour today and looked at several houses. I am a bit disappointed at what is out there for the price. I would of expected a lot nicer then we saw. Tour is always fun though. I enjoyed it. I like to see the different places and what people have done with them.
